A small, plain, slightly distorted circular ear-ring made from a thin gold wire of circular cross-section, its ends crossed and twisted round.
Dimensions and metal content:
Maximum external dimensions: 15.5 x 12.7mm; weight: 0.79g. X-ray fluorescence analysis conducted at the British Museum indicated an approximate gold content of 84 per cent.
