A fragment of a cast copper alloy late Roman strip bracelet dating from about AD 200 - 410. The flat strip has been bent. The complete end tapers to a point which hooks around towards the front. The other end is broken. At the broken end on the front face is a ring and dot motif. The rest of the front face is decorated with transverse grooves. The underside is flat and undecorated. The object has a dark green patina. Other Roman strip bracelets may be seen on the database at PAS record IDs: SOM-C1FFC0, SOM-C28184 and BH-4754E3.
