One flint blade and one section of a blade, probably Mesolithic to Neolithic in date.
1. Secondary blade with c.5% cortext at the distal end. Bulb of percussion and ripples on the ventral face, scars from previous parallel blade removals on the dorsal face. Translucent Mid-pale grey flint, the cortex suggests pebble flint, 32.2mm by 15.5mm by 5.1mm, 2.14g.
2. Central section of a tertiary blade. Hinge fracture at the distal end, probbaly deliberate snapping at the proximal end, scars from previous parallel blade removals on the dorsal face. Very chipped edges. Mid-dark buff flint, 25.2mm by 18.0mm by 6.1mm, 3.05g.
