A flint barbed and tanged arrowhead dating from the Late Neolithic to Middle Bronze Age (c. 2500 BC - c.1150 BC). The arrowhead is bifacially worked and sub-triangular in plan and the edges of the arrowhead are serrated. There is central tang with a barb at either side present. The tang is complete and extends beyond the limit of the barbs, of which only one is complete. The complete barb has a pointed terminal whereas the broken barb is rounded. It weighs 3.0g and measures 39.20mm in length, 21.84mm in width and 5.14mm in thickness. See Clive Waddington, 2004.
