A copper alloy Post Medieval buckle frame. It is a double looped frame with ornate oval loops, each having a six-petalled rose at the centre of the outside edges. There are knops to top and bottom of the central bar. The frame is angled, faceted and has a flat back. It measures 44.8mm in length, 26.33mm in width and weighs 8.45g.
