A cast copper alloy fitting, possibly for a harness. The copper alloy has a black patina. The ring has an outer diameter of 19mm and the frame is 4mm thick. The ring sits on an integrally cast solid oval dome, which is 13mm long, 11mm wide and 7mm high. The base of the dome has the remains of a thin rectangular iron tang. Tisi iron tang suggests a possibly function as a razor handle. parallels will be sought and this record updated when some are found.
