Silver coin. Voided long cross penny of Henry III (1216-1272), as identified by finder. The flan bears two parallel splits, possibly where a folded part has been straightened. Class 5b, moneyer Nicole, London mint, issue of 1248-1272.
Obverse description: Facing bust with sceptre left, wide face with hair of two curls and pellets either side.
