Post Medieval cast copper-alloy double-loop buckle frame with rectangular loops. The loops are rectangular in cross section. It has flat, trefoil projections at the corners and bilobed knops in the centre of the outer edges of the loops and at the ends of the strap bars. The knops in the cnetre of the loops have an incised transverse line across the front to act as a pin rest. One corner is now bent up 45 degrees in profile. The pin is missing. It is 34.8mm long, 30.0mm wide and 1.9mm thick; it weighs 4.89 grams.

Whitehead (2003: 79) illustrates a very similar frame, no.488, which he dates to c.1600-1700 AD. SOM-F6DE04 from this database is also very similar but with stamped decoration.
