Copper alloy casting waste in two fragments, of uncertain date. The larger fragment measures 33.98mm long by 23.39mm wide by 8.43mm thick; it weighs 13.89g. The other fragment measures 12.30mm long by 7.13mm wide by 7.32mm thick; it weighs 1.51g. Both fragments have had small sections taken off by the finder to observe colouration and are bronze in colour; the external surface of the larger piece has a very silvery colour, potentially high tin content. These casting waste fragments come from a field with a very high concentration of Roman finds; as such, it is possible that they date to the Roman period.
