Flint hollow scraper, curved lozenge shape in plan and a wavy rod shape in profile. The dorsal side has a convex mesial vertical ridge. The distal end is cortex and the proximal end has some worn serration. On the left margin the edge is partly snapped and partly worn serration. The adjacent surface is spalled with some flaking. The right margin has low-angle sharp serration. The ventral side is also convex with some mesial flake removal. The left margin has a more marked serration and on the right margin there has been some small flake removal.
The flint is cream grey toned with a secondary cortex of cream in colour.
Butler (2005) illustrates a similar example on page 184, Fig. 75, No. 6 which describes a hollow scraper and is dated to the Neolithic period.
