An incomplete cast copper alloy Medieval casket key dating from about 1350-1425. The key has a sub circular bow, slightly more than half surviving. There is a moulded collar where the shaft begins but they key is otherwise undecorated. The shaft is oval in section and the hollow terminal appears to be broken at the end.
