An incomplete Medieval cast copper alloy single loop buckle frame. The loop is D shaped, it has an ornate outside edge in the form of a large barrel-like swelling which has two central incised grooves running parallel. The strap bar and pin are missing.

The frame measures 14.55mm long, 31.05mm wide and 8.2mm (max) thick. It weighs 8.0 grams.
