A post medieval silver fitting, possibly a handle or other projection from a small vessel. The object comprises a round-section loop which springs from a calyx and which terminates in a scroll with a rounded knop. At the opposite end to the knop is a cxollar and a short shaft for attachment to another object. The object is thought to be post 1700 in date.
