An incomplete post-Medieval cast copper-alloy rowel spur (c. 1500-c. 1700 AD). The rowel box has a distinct downturned neck and is heavily faceted. One side element of the spur is incomplete. Both side elements are semi-circular in cross section and have been bent outwards roughly half way along their length. The side tapers towards the tip and meets the now incomplete loops.
The spur is 110.0 mm in length, 57.9mm in width, 7.2mm thick and weighs 26.8 grams.
