An incomplete copper alloy sprung Dolphin brooch. The wings are semi-cylindrical and the spring is missing. The bow is comma shaped in profile and oval in cross-section, tapering to the foot. The face of the bow is decorated with two wavey lines. A moulding possibly mimiking a rearward hook is situated at the top of the bow. The catchplate and foot is missing.
