A gold-coloured wire of circular cross-section and uniform gauge, coiled at one end, bent and broken at the other and bent to a right-angle near its mid-point.

Date: recent, probably 19th or 20th century. Dimensions: length 41.3 mm. Weight: 1.80 g. In age and precious metal content the object does not qualify as Treasure under the terms of the 1996 Treasure Act.
