A copper alloy finger ring dating from the 3rd century (200 - 300 AD). It is probably a Henig type VIII, but also has similarities to type IX. The ring is keeled with a flat rectangular bezel, angled shoulders which are also flat and rectangular and a rounded back of the hoop. The back of the hoop is D shaped in section, but the faceted are is rectangular in section, but the inner face is circular in plan. There is no evidence of incised or other decoration. The ring has a rich green patina.
