Perhaps a Late Mesolithic or Early Neolithic 6500 - 2900 BC worked flint fragment which is probably debitage although there is a possibility of a cutting edge on one side. The flint is caramel white. There appear to be a number of impact fractures that have happened post-deposition which probably relate to ploughing. The length is 20mm and the thickness is 20mm.
