A Post-Medieval copper alloy belt mount or stiffener. It is a narrow triangular-shaped plate with two curved spikes on the reverse both set at a 60 degree angle and projecting sideways beyond the edge of the plate. The mount measures 30.85mm in length, and 9.00mm in width tapering to 1.35mm at the pointed terminal. It weighs 1.97g.
