An incomplete Post-Medieval (1500-1700) cast copper-alloy mount. The front has a rounded main section, with a smaller knop topped by an even smaller knop. The lower end appears to have broken off. The mount is undecorated, with what seems to be a tinned surface. The back is flat with one remaining bent and pointed prong. The mount is 25 mm high and 17 mm wide, and weighs 3.4 g. The mount is in fair condition.
