A lead alloy powder flask cap. It has a length 35mm, width 22mm, thickness 10mm weight 10.52g. Circular pan (now distorted) this would have had two loops on the top but one is truncated. The cap probably dates to the 17th century (Courtney, P. 1988 'Small Arms Accessories of the mid Seventeenth Century' Finds Research Group Datasheet 11).
