A single platform blade core in in dark grey flint with white/grey flecks. Secondary smooth cortex suggests its origin as a local beach pebble. Successful full length blades have been struck from one side and two step fractures reveal a faulted surface.
Bond illustrates similar cores on P138 Fig.5.125 which he places in the Neolithic period.
