Barbed and tanged flint arrowhead, dating from the late Neolithic- early Bronze Age, c. 2500- 1500 BC.

Flint barbed and tanged arrowhead with one of the two barbs, and possibly the end of the tang having broken off in antiquity. The arrowhead is triangular in plan with a central narrow tang and two barbs, on e of which projects past the base of the tang, in length, the other is broken and is shorter than the tang. The tang does appear to have broken as it has an uneven edge, but it may be complete. The arrowhead is bimarginally reworked around its entire edge and on both the ventral and dorsal faces.

It is made from a white flint
