Lead Medieval spindle whorl.

Circular in plan with a central circular perforation. It is biconical with cast decoration on both faces. One side has diagonal lines from the centre to the edge, creating triangular cells, inside of each of which there is a circular pellet. The other side is slightly less clear, almost looking like a repeating pattern of VIVIVI all the way around.

There are examples of spindle whorls with writing and pseudo-writing on, this could be another one.
