A complete late Neolithic flint arrowhead of the transverse chisel point type. In plan the flint is a sub-triangular shape. The broad cutting edge of the arrowhead is unworked. Both sides are initially curved using invasive retouch to undercut the broad chisel frontage and subsequently taper linearly and symmetrically to a rounded shaft-end. The thickest point of the arrowhead is just behind the cutting edge which coincides with the widest part of the flint. The flint is a dark grey in colour and is translucent in places. It is 28.3mm long, 28.5mm at its widest point, 4mm thick and weighs 2.35g.
