Copper alloy Radiate of Carausius, Unattributed, AD 286-293 (Reece period 14). Reverse legend reads FED MILTVM (note the D looks rather like P), Fides standing left holding two standards. Obverse shows Radiate, draped, cuirassed bust right. Obverse legend reads IMP CARAVSIVS P F AVG. Unattributed Mint, -//-. Condition is fine. Die axis is12 o'clock. Weight 4.69g, diameter 22.79mm. This coin is not recorded in RIC, but is the third specimen known. This coin is included in Sam Moorhead's corpus for RIC.
