2 small rolls of lead sheet, unkown date and function.

The upper one (in the image) has a weight of 11.3g, is 36.73mm long and has a diameter of 10.30mm.

The lower one (in the image) has a weight of 11.4g, is 31.19mm long and has a diameter of 9.41mm.

The Romans did have curse tablets which consisted of writing a curse on a small piece of lead sheet and then rolling it up before offering it to the gods, many have been found in the spring at Bath. As stray finds, out of context (and still rolled up) it is difficult to say whether these are Roman curse tablets or just pieces of waste lead from some sort of manufacture.
