A copper alloy Medieval harness suspension mount. It has a rectangular bar with a horizontal chamfer along the centre, and there are two protrusions extending from one edge, each with a perforated oval-shaped terminal . These are splayed apart from each other. On the reverse of the bar are two circular rivets with square roves. The mount measures 19.98mm in width along the bar, 22.00 mm in length, and 8.35mm in depth from the front of the bar to the back of the rivets. It weighs 8.51g.
