Lead bale seal, 17-18th century in date.
It is sub-circular in plan with relief designs on both faces. The obverse is two lines of writing 'WB/ IZK', the reverse is a square shield with a cross in the centre. The shield is surrounded by a border of pellets.
A bale seal is different to a cloth seal, it is put on the outside of a bale of cloth or other merchandise, usually on string.
