A stirrup-strap mount of Williams' Class B. The mount is pentagonal with parallel sides. the face is divided into a framework or grid with six apertures. Each of the four central junctions is expanded into a square and each also has a projecting rounded boss. The slightly sloping flange has a single central hole and there is also a fixing hole in the apex.

The mount is difficult to parallel and then only with mounts of Class A Type 12. However, an example is known from Kent: UKDFD 25901; see also NMS-7207D8 on this database.
