A copper-alloy jetton of the French Tournai 'letter V' (for VIRGO for BVM) type. The obverse bears a large decorated V set within a tressure. The reverse bears a cross potent with quatrafoils in the angles. The inscription on both faces is blundered and consists mainly of 1111 but on the reverse the letters ' 111XS1T 11O' (sit nomen Domini).
