Roman copper alloy brooch fragment of Colchester derivative Polden Hill (flat wing ends type). It consisting of part of the bow and head of a Polden Hill brooch of the 1st century.

The object is in poor condition, with corrosion obscuring the original surface. It is 20mm long, 9mm wide, 8mm thick and weighs 2.59g.
