Flint implement, possibly an awl type tool, probably Neolithic in date.

It is made from a dark grey flint with lighter patches. It is T-shaped in plan with one side of the cross-bar being shorter than the other. The cross-bar also has remnants of the cortex remaining. All of the edges apart from the base of the cross-bar have been worked although it is fairly rough. It appears not to have been finished.
