LITHIC IMPLEMENT

Unique ID: DUR-100417

Object type certainty: Certain
Workflow status: Awaiting validation Find awaiting validation

Flint flake or unfinished implement, probably Neolithic in date.

It is made from a light brown flint. It is sub-circular in plan with slightly angular edges. It is thin and has been 'pecked' all over one surface. It is unclear exactly what it was meant to be, perhaps a leaf-shaped arrowhead.
