A fragment of a medieval silver-gilt finger-ring. Only the bezel of the ring survives, which represents either a winged figure holding a heart, or a winged, sprouting heart. A section of the hoop of the ring survives attached to the back of the bezel. The gilding is worn and survives mainly in the recessed areas of the bezel.
