A corroded iron Roman arrowhead. The object consists of a triangulated head which emerges from a flaring conical shaft, now filled with soil with a probable piece of wood remaining. The shaft is abraded at it base. The form is similar to arrowheads illustrated in W.H. Manning and which are identified as Type I (Plate 85, 280-281).
