Very worn vessel fragment, probably dating from the medieval period, i.e. c. AD1300-1600. The sherd weighs 12.78g and measures 43.83 x 31.96 x 8.12mm. It is very worn and if it was glazed, none of the glaze survives. It was made from greyish earthenware and shows a number of inclusions.
