An incomplete probably Post-Medieval (or just possibly maybe Roman) copper alloy domed mount, with two broken integral studs on the reverse. It measures 27.19mm in diameter and weighs 6.6g.
The mount is 1.36mm thick and decorated to the front with punched ring-and-dot - one at the centre, surrounded by four and a further fifteen flanking the edge. To the reverse the two incomplete stumps measure 3.5-4mm in diameter at their bases.
