Medieval to Post Medieval cast copper alloy single loop buckle. The outer edge of the frame is slightly expanded to a triangular point with a recess for the pin rest. The frame has a trapezoid cross section. Filing marks are visible on the strap bar. There is a copper alloy pin folded around the strap bar; the pin tapers to a point. The frame is 34.82mm long, 22.16mm wide and 3.92mm thick. The pin is 22.36mm long, 4.89mm wide, 1.99 mm thick. It weighs 9.9 grams.
