A cast lead button of 16th century date. A flat reverse and convex face decorated in relief with a central cross and three concentric right angles infilling the angles. A raised pellet lies over the join of the lines. The casting seam is visible on the reverse. The integrally cast suspension loop is missing and only two scars remain.
