Early Medieval or Medieval copper alloy mount, 26mm long 22mm wide and 1mm thick. The object is fragmentary and has a sub triangular form with a rounded edge, along which is a border of punched dots. One side appears intact, it is straight and has a smal triangular protrusion near its lower edge. The other side is formed by damage and is irregular.
The object is possibly part of a sub- circular mount.
