A cast copper-alloy fragment from a late medieval purse bar. The fragment is slightly curved and sub-triangular in section. The top is decorated with three incised X's, evenly spaced. It measures 54.6 mm long, 7.2 mm wide, 4.95 mm thick and weighs 10.5 grams. It has a dark green patina.
