A cast lead alloy seal probably dating from the late 18th to 19th century. It is formed of two circular discs joined by passing a tab through a hole in the centre of one, and then stamped with what is probably the City Arms of Leeds. This is a shield with a biconcave top, with three stars at the top, and probably a fleece below. There are scratched numbers on the reverse.
