A cast copper-alloy stirrup-strap mount of Williams Class B, Type 3, Group 1. The mount has a rectangular body with three pointed peaks along the top edge. A large animal head resembling a bear is located in the centre at the bottom. A large openwork circle is located either side of the head; each ear is openwork too. There are two further openwork circles above the head and three above that. The left and right hand sides of the frame are incised and each depict an upwards looking beast in profile.
