Medieval copper alloy brooch fragment, 23mm long, 15mm wide and 3mm thick. The object is in fair condition and weighs 2.25grams. It consists of one half of an annular brooch which has a semi-circular section with circular depressions (three present) in its upper surface. It is similar in form to eg.1317 in Egan and Pritchard, 'Dress Accessories'.
