A medieval lead pilgrim ampulla. The ampulla has a circular chamber and a rectangular neck. The neck is complete and has a small angled loop at either side. One side of the chamber is decorated with a scallop shell motif. The other side has a shield with a cross dividing it into four segements. The central line of the cross extends up to the top of the neck.
