Two rim sherds from Roman drop-flanged bowls made in sandy greyware. The fabric is pale grey with abundant fine sand temper with very small stone inclusions.
Sherd 1 (upper on photo): plain rim and slightly upward projecting flange with rounded outer edge on outer side below rim, damage to rim makes estimating the diameter difficult, W.: 23.00g
Sherd 2 (lower on photo): plain rim and downward curved flange on outer side, below rim; straight sided bowl estimated at c. 220mm in internal diameter, W.: 27.67g
