81 rimsherds of several wheelthrown ceramic vessels of an miscellaneous (unsourced) local Romano-British greyware fabric.

The sherds vary in thickness from 5.26mm to 9.87mm. In total they weigh 916 grams.

The sherds have a reduced grey fabric. Several variations on the greyware fabrics are present, which probably relate to different kilns and different clay sources. Typically this style of greyware dates from 2nd to 4th Centuries AD.

The main rim form present is a rounded everted rim, suggestive of large utilitarian vessels such as storage jars.

Surface texture: Smooth.
Condition of sherds: Variable. Some sherds demonstrate a high degree of abrasion, with rounded edges whereas other sherds have sharp, fresh breaks.
