A sherd from the side of a ceramic vessel, probably Roman greyware. The matrix is pale grey in colour, very fine grained, with fine mica and grit inclusions and small vesicles. The sherd is 42.4mm long, 29.1mm wide and 5.8mm thick. It weighs 7.04gm.
