Post Medieval cast copper alloy mount. The mount is domed with a concave back. The front is decorated with four raised concentric circles and there is a circular hole in the centre. It is 26.8mm in diameter, 3.9mm thick and weighs 4.42 grams, the central hole is 4.4mm in diameter. A similar mount was found near by: SUSS-947170, they are both probably 17th or 18th century in date and are similar to the buttons of the period.
